Probate Network Rank Grid

Where each probate office shows up in Google Maps results across the area around it. We run the search probate attorney from 49 points on a grid around the office (about a 9-mile span), capturing the Maps results a real person standing at each spot would actually see. Every dot shows that office’s position at that location: green = top 3, orange = 4–10, red = 11+ or not shown. Refreshed on the 1st of each month. The first map is the baseline, the very first scan we ran, and it stays pinned there so every month is measured against where we started rather than against last month alone.

SoLV = Share of Local Voice — the percentage of the 49 grid points where the office ranks in the top 3 (the green dots). It is a single score for how much of the map around an office the firm owns: 100% would mean top-3 everywhere, 0% means top-3 nowhere. A newly verified listing starts near 0 and the trend is the deliverable.

These are separate firms, one per city, not Robbins Estate Law offices — REL’s own grid lives on the Rank Grid tab. A city appears here as soon as its site is live and drops its “awaiting verification” note once its Google Business Profile is verified and the first scan lands.
