SERP Stack
Ranking position no longer predicts traffic. The search results page has changed shape: an AI Overview now carries business listings, then ads, then the 3-pack, then more ads, and only then the blue links. A page at position 9 sits far lower on the screen than it did a year ago, without having lost a single place. This page measures that, and shows where visibility moved to.
Same Pages, Same Rank, Fewer Clicks
A fixed set of search-term and page pairs that ranked in the baseline month, tracked forward. The pages do not change and the rank barely changes, so any fall in click-through rate is the results page around them changing, not a ranking loss.

Where On The Page It Hurts
Click-through rate by position band. The top three still convert, and actually improved. Everything below it is where the stack pushes results off the visible page.
Where The Visibility Went
Google's AI Overview report shows which of our pages appear inside AI Overviews. The tracking tag on a location link exists only on that office's Business Profile, so when one of those appears here it means the listing itself was shown inside an AI Overview.
